FAQ

We use the funds for our Children education program, women livelihood program or for any program that we take up from time to time. You can also write to us and specify the program for which your funds should be used. We will share periodic updates with you on how we are doing with our projects.

Yes. We recommend that. You can transfer to the below account. Please make sure you send us an email with your name, address, phone number, email id and PAN number. We need this information for our audit purposes and to provide you with 80G certificate.

We share a formal donation receipt with you within 3 days of receiving your donation. We generally send the 80G exemption certifications every month. If we have missed, please wait till the next month. If you need it urgently, please send an email to and we will send you within 2 days.

You are mostly welcome. We have a strong and flexible team to work on various projects. Let us discuss and explore ways of working together. Send us an email.

We love to meet you in person. Our Livelihood centre is open 10am to 6pm Monday to Saturday. If you want to visit our education program, we work throughout the week, check in advance for suitable time slot. To help you with a god experience, please write to us and schedule an appointment.

We always have a variety of work and in need of supportive hands. However, we take some time to discuss with you and decide. This is to make sure we make good use of each other’s time. Best way is to browse through all our work and initiate an email expressing your expertise and area of interest.
